March 19 | Buenos Aires, Argentina
We are thrilled to announce that the NYU-IAE Future Workforce Global Summit will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The future of work is a human development challenge that must be led simultaneously inside organizations and across ecosystems.
If work is being reshaped by AI, demographics, and volatility, are we building talent strategies that optimize “resources” inside the firm—or developing people and coordinating ecosystems so growth, dignity, and competitiveness advance together?
This is a faculty and participant-led, experiential learning summit through which NYU and IAE students immerse themselves in a session with professors and leaders trying to develop solutions that have real-world impact.

During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to work with a team to analyze real-life business and development challenges through Live Cases. In a participatory and dynamic transformative session, you will be encouraged to discuss potential solutions with your peers from other countries and sectors, share your experience, and learn from others. Highlights will include:

NYU’s Human Capital Management Department is known for its forward-looking perspective on the Future of Work, emphasizing how technology, data, and human ingenuity are transforming organizations worldwide.
Building on our commitment to a truly global learning community—with 15 locations beyond our New York City campus—we are hosting a series of Global Summits on the Fast-Transforming Workplace, exploring how the same megatrends play out across regions.
In a partnership with IAE Business School, on March 20, 2026, we will convene thought leaders, scholars, and executives from across the region to examine how technology, shifting political dynamics, and new business realities are reshaping work in Latin America and beyond.
Join us in Buenos Aires—a crossroads of innovation and culture—for an inspiring dialogue on the future of work in the age of AI.
